3 Quick Tips for Feeling More Confident Every Day

You probably think I'm in the business of selling jewelry and other fun fashion accessories.

I'm actually in the business of helping you feel good about yourself. Whether that's feeling good about how you look that day, or helping you see how amazing you really are.

So as part of my mission, I want to share 3 quick tips for feeling good about yourself every day.

1. Be your own best friend. 
Simply start to notice what you’re saying to yourself. You may be surprised by how often you’re saying unkind things to yourself (I know I was). then ask yourself, "would I say this to my best friend?" If not, don't say it to yourself. 

2. Ask close friends or family what they love about you.
Kind words from someone we love and trust can go a long way. They can point out positive traits about ourselves we've dismissed. Write them down so you can pull them out and read them whenever you feel down.

3. Focus on kindness and helping others.
Switching your focus from “What’s wrong with me?” to “How can I give back?” is pretty powerful. You see the impact you really have.  You have the power to create happier moments for others. And when you see that you’re capable of that, you can’t not see that you are worthy and deserving of love, including your own.

Small things can make a big impact on our lives. And I hope you can see yourself for the amazing person I know you are.
