We are so excited about every order, that we ship as soon as they come in!
Our timeline is 2-4 business days from the time of purchase, depending on your location. However we are not responsible for occasional USPS-caused delays.
We hate paying a lot for shipping, just like you! That's why shipping from us is a flat $2.99 for purchases under $25. All purchases $25.00 and over ship for free in the USA.
We reserve the right to combine purchases and ship together without refunding shipping charges.
INTERNATIONAL:
We currently only ship to locations within the USA, but as we grow our goal is to serve international customers as well.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
We will always do our best to help you in anyway possible! However we are a small company, with smaller pockets than larger corporations who can easily replace packages that go missing. Someday we would love to be big enough to do this for our customers!
Therefore we have to formally say that ownership of packages is turned over to USPS once shipped. USPS is responsible for transfers of items to buyers. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. I know that makes us sound a little cold, but we are not trying to be jerks, we promise!
To help prevent stolen packages, we send out shipping status and tracking links so you know when to expect your package to arrive and can be on the look-out!
