As we're sure you've heard, shipping carriers are experiencing some delays due to COVID-19.
Please know that we are:
- Open for business during this time.
- Still shipping out your packages out right away.
- So incredibly grateful for YOU!
However some packages are taking longer than usual to arrive. We are still sending them out on our normal timeline but shipping times may be a little longer than usual. All carriers are experiencing delays.
Most packages are arriving on time, it is just a small percentage that are experiencing delays. We send you tracking links for all purchases, to help you follow the progress of your orders!
Carrier tracking has also been affected. Again only a small percentage, but we have seen a few instances of packages being marked 'delivered,' a day or two before they are actually delivered. We have also seen packages not being scanned upon carrier pick up, therefore not showing up in their system for a day or two.
Our best advice to you is to SHOP EARLY! Because of possible shipping delays we highly encourage you to shop early and do not wait until the last minute for items you need by a certain time.
